The Adult Psychiatric Program serves men and women age 18 and up who are suffering from a range of psychiatric issues. Intensive acute stabilization is provided in a safe environment of care. Treatment is available for depression, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and other mental health conditions. Our patients learn strategies to regulate emotions, improve social and occupational functioning, and increase quality of life. Discharge planning services ensure a smooth transition to outside care providers.
As part of our Psychiatric/Dual Diagnosis Inpatient Program, the treatment team provides 24-hour intensive nursing and medical management along with a concentrated complement of therapeutic groups. Family programs are offered for all programs with educational and therapeutic components. This integrated treatment approach is focused on providing positive outcomes for our patients dealing with bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and other psychiatric conditions.
